1. Cat Cow Pose
Step 1
Start out in a plank position on all fours with arms pushing away from the floor.

Step 2
While taking deep breaths, inhale and raise spin to around out back, and dropping head to a comfortable position.

Step 3
Exhale and release tension by drawing belly button and abdomen to the floor, release back, and lifting head to a neutral position. Repeat steps for 3x 10 reps.

2. Plank to Downdog
Step 1
Start out in a high plank position with arms pushing away from the floor.

Step 2
Drive heals to the floor, keeping arms and back straight, push glutes up to the sky into downdog position.

Step 3
Return to high plank position flexing toes, and with arms pushing away from the floor. Repeat steps for 3x 10 reps.

3. Scorpion Stretch

Step 1
Stretch out arms while laying flat on the floor. Keep head, in neutral position, but not touching floor.

Step 2
Keep chest and upper body centered while touching floor. In a gentle motion,  bend and extend left leg over opposite foot allowing toe to touch floor.

Step 3
Go back to center with legs extended and in a gentle motion repeat with opposite foot. Repeat steps for 3x 10 reps.
